1. The Blushing Martini – A Valentine’s Day Classic

Perfect for: Romantic evenings, date nights, and celebrations of love.

This elegant twist on a classic Martini combines the smoothness of our Spring Vodka with a hint of tart fruitiness for a beautifully balanced sip.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Shropshire Distillery Spring Vodka
  • 25ml Raspberry Syrup
  • 15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish

Method:

  • Add Vodka, syrup and juice to cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
  • Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
  • Garnish with a fresh raspberry

  • 100ml hot water

Method:

  • Add the gin, lemon juice, and honey to a heatproof glass or mug.
  • Pour in hot water and stir gently.
  • Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a clove-studded lemon slice.

Method:

  • Fill a large wine glass with ice.
  • Add the gin, elderflower liqueur and stir. Add tonic water.
  • Top with sparkling wine and stir gently.
  • Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and fresh mint.

  • Dark chocolate shavings & cherry for garnish

Method:

  • Add gin, bitters, and cherry syrup to a mixing glass with ice and stir well.
  • Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
  • Garnish with dark chocolate shavings and a cherry.
